M A Ishaque (Asim) has extensive experience of working in NHS and primary care sector. He works as free Lance Extended Scope Practitioner and also as First contact practitioner for EKTRA ltd for GP surgeries in Canterbury and Thanet area. He has played pivotal role in developing the First Contact Practitioner service for EKTRA ltd.
With regards to the education, TheCPDSolution is the brainchild of Asim. He is keen on bridging the gaps among physiotherapist across the globe by offering the free and cost effective courses/certifications across the globe. In February 2018, he organized two days integrated approach combined movement therapy (CMT) and Grade V spinal manipulation course in Pakistan which received overwhelming response from local physiotherapist. From the platform of TheCPDSolution, he is working in collaboration with leading experts in the field of Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in UK, in order to offer course which are light on pocket and has maximum clinical value for UK physiotherapists at various stages of their career.
Asim qualified as Physiotherapist from King Edward Medical University, Pakistan in 2004. He completed his MSc in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice from Coventry University in 2009. He holds diploma in injection therapy (2015) from Essex University and has certificate in Acupuncture (2012). He is currently pursuing Independent Prescribing course from Southampton University.

Since graduating he has worked in a variety of roles within the NHS, private sector and professional sport. Jon is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an accredited AACP tutor and a member of the board of Directors of the AACP. He delivers foundation courses and CPD within the private sector and NHS and has also had his work published in the Journal of Chinese Medicine.
He has previously been an MSc award leader at Staffordshire University, is the external assessor for Glyndwr University’s acupuncture BSc and also acts as consultant and sessional lecturer to a number of Universities throughout the UK. He now splits his time between delivering acupuncture training and the clinical practice of physiotherapy and acupuncture.
He is also a consultant to physiotherapists in Team GB, the FA and Premiership Football Clubs.

Dr. Christopher Norris
Dr Christopher Norris is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP) who qualified from Pinderfields College in 1981. He gained a Masters degree (MSc) in Exercise Science (physical habilitation) from Liverpool University in 1988 and a Doctorate (PhD) from Staffordshire University in 2009. His PhD research was on spinal rehabilitation. Chris holds postgraduate certification in both Occupational Health (cert OH) and Orthopaedic medicine (MSOM).
An experienced acupuncturist and Dry Needling practitioner, Chris trained in western acupuncture in the 1980’s with the Society of Biophysical Medicine and gained an advanced certificate in Chinese Acupuncture from Renshu college in London in 1999. He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), and an advanced member and tutor for the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
Chris Norris is the author of thirteen books on physiotherapy and exercise, including a textbook on sport injuries (Routledge), now in its 5th edition which is the set book on many physiotherapy and sport therapy courses. His book ‘Back Stability’ (Human Kinetics) has received top reviews in both the UK and USA, and his ‘Complete Guide’ books (Bloomsbury) regular get 4 and 5 star ratings on Amazon . Chris has also produced educational CDs on Back Stability, Acupuncture, Stretching exercise and Weight training, and several of his books are also available in eBook and Kindle format.

A keen sportsman, Chris Jogs, practices and teaches Yoga, and trains in the gym. He is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher, registered with REPS. He holds a Black Belt in the martial art Ju Jitsu and is a certified coach with the World Ju Jitsu Federation (WJJF).
Vasilis Tsirakis is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Manual therapist. He has vast experience of Manual therapy in variety of settings and has developed expertise in the concepts of combined movement therapy, Maitland, Kaltenborn concept, shacklock’s Neurodynaimcs and Kinesiotaping. Vasilis completed his training in Mulligan Concept and was awarded the title of Certified Mulligan Practitioner in 2008. He was awarded MSc in Manual therapy degree in 2010 from Coventry University, UK. He is a member of prestigious Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapy. He has developed modified Spinal mobilization technique and his article was “The effects of a modified spinal mobilization with Leg movement (SMWML) technique on sympathetic outflow to the lower limb” was Published in Manual Therapy Journal in Aug 2014. Vasilis is currently running a successful private practice in Greece.
